Your New Role You will be responsible for: Deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Lead and contribute to workforce planning and recruitment modelling, translating future workforce designs into actionable data insights. Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align data outputs with organisational priorities. Provide leadership in business analysis activities, including setting priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring project outcomes align with agency objectives. Use data-driven insights and sound judgement to resolve complex issues, assess risks, and support strategic improvements and innovation. What You Will Need to Succeed The successful applicant will demonstrate: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships. Proven experience managing priorities, delivering under pressure, and taking ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment. Sound judgement and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to strategic decision-making. The Logistics Full time opportunity, Contract through until December 31st (with view for extension/permeancy). Hybrid working arrangement. Hourly rate of $60.26 + super. Locations available in Richmond VIC, Newcastle NSW, or Brisbane QLD. Australian Citizenship is required.
