Betta Blinds & Awnings is a proudly Australian-owned wholesale manufacturer supplying quality custom blinds, awnings, shutters, curtains, and outdoor shading solutions across Australia. We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Production Scheduler to join our team. This is a unique role so we're prepared to train someone from scratch - as long as you have a good attitude, attention to detail and experience working with data in excel! About the Role Our team is growing!! Our Production Schedulers are the connective puzzle pieces between our customers and production. Our Scheduling team checks and verifies customer orders before preparing production paperwork for the manufacturing team to produce. They are the glue that supports smooth day-to-day workflow across our Blinds and Awnings operations. Key Responsibilities Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness Liaise with customers regarding order details, amendments, and lead times Organise and prioritise daily production schedules, printing out job paperwork for the factory teams Support communication between office, warehouse, and production teams Monitor workflow and escalate scheduling issues where required About You We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong attention to detail (Good time management is a must!) Confident using computers and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable communicating with customers and team members Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn Experienced in administration, scheduling, data entry, or a similar role Experience within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Please note that while this role is currently based in Forest Glen, but will be relocated to Corbould Park when the new facility opens in early 2027.
