We are a fast-paced and growing creative marketing business working with a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality creative work, building strong client relationships, and creating an enjoyable and supportive work environment along the way. We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive Administrator/Workflow Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, problem solving and keeping projects moving. You will work closely with leadership, account managers and creatives to ensure workflow across the business runs efficiently and deadlines are met. You will become a key communicator between clients and internal team members, helping manage priorities, interpret feedback and keep campaigns on track. No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet and isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workflow and task management across the business Input and manage tasks within internal workflow systems Monitor workloads and ensure deadlines are achieved Liaise confidently with clients and third-party suppliers Interpret client feedback and provide clear instructions to the team Assist with proofing and quality checking work Support overarching campaign management General administration duties and team support Assist with merchandising where required Problem solve and proactively support daily business operations About You The successful applicant will have: Experience in administration, marketing, media, advertising or a similar fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence communicating with clients professionally Excellent attention to detail The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team Experience working with workflow or project management systems What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Variety in your day-to-day role Opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic business A fun and fast-paced environment where your contribution genuinely matters Work from the comfort of your own home Please note that this role is full time, Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
