Senior Full Stack Developer -Build AI enabled Interaction Models

We are partnering with a large statutory government department to source a Senior Full Stack Developer to commence asap for an initial six-month contract. The primary objective of the role is to design, build and validate AI-enabled interaction models that leverage enterprise data, while also supporting a PoC-led approach to validate core enterprise system capabilities through end-to-end use case testing. Responsibilities Define and develop end-to-end use cases that demonstrate how data can be made accessible, contextual and actionable in real time Design and implement AI-enabled interactions using natural language interfaces Define and execute PoC activities to de-risk future large-scale implementation Design and run “steel thread” scenarios to validate end-to-end system behaviour across process, data and integrations Generate evidence on feasibility, integration complexity, user experience and operating effort to inform investment decisions Support comparative evaluation of solution options through hands-on testing rather than theoretical assessment Translate business needs into practical, testable scenarios that inform value, cost Contribute to the development of evidence-based business case Assess data readiness, integration patterns and system constraints Document findings, insights and recommendations to support decision-making This is an immediate requirement, to be considered for this role you will need the following: Strong experience in designing and building AI-enabled or data-driven solutions Experience building applications end-to-end, including front-end, back-end and integration layers Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise systems in complex environments Experience delivering PoC-led or validation-driven initiatives to inform large-scale implementation Ability to translate business needs into practical, testable use cases Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess feasibility, trade-offs and constraints Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work across business, data and technology domains Experience with emerging AI capabilities (e.g. LLMs, orchestration, automation) highly regarded Available to start immediately or on very short notice If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online now or contact Rachel Viney on 04•• ••• 212 for a discussion on the role.
