The Role
This is a comprehensive 360 role. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from winning the client to placing the candidate.
Business Development:
Utilise your
5+ years of BD experience
to identify and secure new business opportunities. You are expected to open doors and bring in your own job orders.
Account Management:
Build lasting partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for talent solutions.
End-to-End Delivery:
You don't just sell the role; you fill it. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, managing the process through to offer and placement.
About You
We are looking for a heavy hitter who hits the ground running. You are self-motivated, disciplined, and commercially minded.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Business Development and Recruitment specifically in the blue collar sector.
Network:
You possess an
established network
of contacts and prospects that you can leverage immediately.
Skillset:
You are a true 360 consultant. You have strong negotiation skills for BD and the emotional intelligence required for high-level candidate management.
Discipline:
As a fully remote consultant, you have the self-discipline to manage your own schedule and KPIs effectively.
