The opportunity
As an
AI Engineer
, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and business value for our client. This role will allow you to work at the forefront of technology and make a significant impact on the company's strategic initiatives. We are partnering with high growth technology teams and anticipating high demand for AI Engineers.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools and techniques to enhance the company's capabilities
Develop and optimise machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment
Ensure the scalability, reliability and performance of AI systems
Document processes, write clean and maintainable code, and provide technical support to stakeholders
What we're looking for?
Around 5 years in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment
Solid understanding of
LLMs, reasoning patterns, RAG
, memory and tool orchestration
Proficiency in
Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other popular ML frameworks
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
