About the Role Be part of a pioneering team building the first AI-native finance platform for lending. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that transform the home ownership landscape in Australia. What You'll Do Build a modern SaaS platform with advanced AI functionality and user-friendly design. Develop credit decision engines that analyse loan applications efficiently and accurately. Create financial infrastructure to manage sensitive data securely and reliably. Implement document processing pipelines for intelligent data extraction from unstructured documents. What You'll Bring A problem solvers mentality - be proactive, find problems and solve them! Experience in building production systems, preferably in fintech or regulated industries. Strong expertise across modern engineering best practices and principles, including with AI tooling. Proven ability to design and operate distributed microservices architectures. Experience in cloud-native development (GCP ideal but not essential) and containerisation. Strong communication skills and ability to translate between business, product and engineering. TypeScript Nice to Have Familiarity with event-driven architecture Experience in AI/ML integration, including document processing and NLP.
